Writing by Cutter Wood has appeared in Harper's, American Short Fiction, The Paris Review Daily, and other publications. His first book, Love and Death in the Sunshine State: The Story of a Crime, was the basis for fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, and was selected by the New York Times for the 2018 summer reading list. Cutter completed an MFA in nonfiction writing at the University of Iowa. A native of Pennsylvania, he now lives in Brooklyn.
